Becoming a parent is a blessing and a gift. During your 40-week journey, try to fully focus on the emotions and sensations of knowing there is a tiny human inside your belly—listening to your voice, developing with you the deepest, most interpersonal affection that is only known to those who carry a baby. Try to look past the aches and pains of morning sickness, fatigue, food restrictions, weight gain, forgetfulness and mood swings. Your journey, whatever path it takes you down, will be worth it.

This practical guide will provide you with sound advice from an expert on all three stages of The Big Day: Before You Go into Labor, Managing Your Labor, and After Your Baby Arrives.
